QA / QC Manager - Quality & Compliance

The Quality Assurance Manager will be a key member of our operations team and will assist in training and quality to ensure worker training skills verification.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Deliver a quality training experience to installers
• Inspect all procedures, specification, methods, and results of production and installation.
• Review all project / task records for accuracy and completeness
• Ensure that the latest revision of corporate quality procedures and installation standards are being always used.
• Internal audits to verify compliance to regulation and standards.
• Participate in driving the demand planning process and ensure effective scheduling.
• Provide timely and relevant reports and analysis of key trends for managers as required.
• Responsible for application of best practice.
• Comply with all relevant safety rules, procedures, and guidelines.
