Key Skills :

15+ years in CA / 2E (Synon) development

8+ years in COBOL AS400 / Cobol ILE

Strong knowledge of PBM functions : adjudication, pricing, accumulators, MED D, benefit plans, patient pay

Experience with ACMS / MOM, DB2400, SQL, CLLE

Responsibilities :

Analyze and refine technical / business requirements

Lead development in an onshore / offshore model

Perform hands-on coding and solution design

Collaborate with teams in Agile / Scrum environment

Optimize and enhance existing applications
