About the position :

The Community Development Manager is responsible for seeking out new residential sales opportunities for Omni Fiber. The Community Development Manager will be working in Michigan territory : They will secure new opportunities through the development of relationships with, but not limited to, Multi-Dwelling Unit owners, residential housing contractors, and homeowner's associations. The manager will work with Operations to maintain a timeline and schedule that provides efficient delivery of Omni Fiber services to the end customer and partners.

This position will involve the use of a personal vehicle. After traveling 50 miles roundtrip in your assigned territory, you will be paid the existing allowable IRS rate (.67) per reimbursable mile incurred on behalf of the company. If you travel outside of your territory, you will be paid the existing allowable IRS rate per mile incurred.
