• This job is in person in our Orlando office. No remote or telework opportunities available at this time. Flexible hours with a 9 / 80 work schedule.
• Responsibilities
• Lead the management of Virtualization, Internal Networking, and IT Infrastructure including configuring, troubleshooting and resolving issues.
• Manage and support high-availability US Army training systems to comply with DISA STIG hardening configurations
• Perform VMWare administration for High Availability, Fault Tolerance, and Dynamic Resource Groups
• Perform VMware hypervisor deployment, upgrades and version release management using automation and scripting
• Design and implement automated solutions for configuration management, security updates, and performance optimizations.
• Manage the internal networking configurations (Layer 2 and 3) for internal host and storage communications
• Manage configurations and security profiles for internal network devices
• Integrate virtualization configurations into supporting IT infrastructure for Active Directory, LDAP, DNS, and Certificate Management.
• Required Qualifications
• 3+ years of recent Virtualization Systems Administration & Engineering
• 5+ years of general IT career experience
• Experience working in a automated VMWare virtualized environment
• Working knowledge of Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 6.x / 7.x and scripting languages
• Experience performing Configuration Management using automation techniques such as Ansible, Shell Scripting, and Powershell / PowerCLI Scripting
• Experience working with Active Directory, DNS, LDAP, DHCP, TLS / SSL
• Experience with Cisco Layer 2 and Layer 3 switch configurations with basic Inter-VLAN routing
• Experience with Government Cybersecurity Standards and DISA STIGs
• Team leadership skills to develop schedules and measure progress
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Preferred
• Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA)
• VMware Certification
• Current Security+ Certification
• Cisco Certifications (CCNA, CCNP, etc.)
• Experience Supporting Federal Government Agencies or DoD, in a security role
• Active DOD Security Clearance

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $70,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
