What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, adhering to site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.

Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related incidents according to Allied Universal protocols.

Support loss prevention efforts by maintaining a visible presence and interacting with visitors and staff as appropriate.

Assist with access control procedures, monitoring entrances and exits as required by site protocols.

Communicate clearly and promptly with Allied Universal management and site contacts regarding incidents, concerns, or security-related matters.

Minimum Requirements :

At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.

Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
