The Master Data Manager (customer data) will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and governance of customer data across enterprise systems. This role will collaborate closely with business, IT, and functional teams to define standards, manage data processes, and ensure data quality that supports operational efficiency, compliance, and business insights.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Master Data Maintenance

• Create, validate, and maintain customer master records in ERP, CRM, and related systems, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and completeness.
• Manage customer hierarchies, account groupings, tax classifications, payment terms, and other key attributes.
• Regularly monitor customer data for duplicates, outdated information, or inconsistencies, and take corrective action.
