Quality Assurance Engineer

In this role, you'll lead quality testing, audits, and evaluations, working closely with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to uphold compliance with strict standards and regulations. Your expertise will directly support safer, more reliable transit operations for the communities we serve.

Essential Functions

• Perform technical quality assurance testing for vehicles, systems, facilities, and equipment.
• Manage, conduct, and coordinate quality assurance audits in procurement and maintenance processes.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate field, bench, and laboratory test results.
• Review, prepare, and revise product descriptions, specifications, and maintenance procedures.
• Evaluate products and procedures for compliance with industry standards and operational requirements.
• Provide staffing or consulting support for quality assurance audits, inspections, and work processes.
• Document findings and provide professional reports with recommendations for corrective actions.
• All other duties as assigned.
