Entry-Level Real Estate Agent – Build Your Foundation the Right Way


Who you start with in real estate makes a difference. This opportunity is designed for newly licensed or entry-level agents who want structure, mentorship, and daily guidance instead of trying to figure everything out alone.

You’ll learn how to focus on the activities that actually drive production — prospecting, strong communication, consistent follow-up, and building real client relationships. With step-by-step coaching and clear expectations, you’ll develop the habits and confidence needed to create long-term success instead of relying on trial and error.


You’ll work inside a collaborative team environment where accountability and growth are part of the culture. The goal is simple: help you build consistency early so you can scale faster over time.


First-year earning potential when goals are met: $140,000+

What you’ll be doing:

  • Generating and following up with leads

  • Tracking activity and progress toward team goals

Compensation:

$112,500 - $187,500 yearly


Responsibilities:
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase listings and attract buyers.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop effective marketing strategies for property listings.
  • Utilize our proven systems to generate leads and build a robust client pipeline.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to continually enhance your real estate knowledge and skills.
  • Assist clients through the buying or selling process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and local real estate developments in Pueblo, CO.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in customer service or sales, showcasing your ability to connect and communicate effectively.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and systems, ensuring you stay ahead in the real estate market.
  • Proven track record of working collaboratively in a team environment, contributing to shared goals and successes.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and properties efficiently, ensuring no detail is overlooked.
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development, demonstrating your commitment to personal and professional growth.
