Director of Finance

A company is looking for a Director of Finance & Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

Lead accounting for client businesses and ensure value delivery from finance and accounting functions

Manage the client accounting process, including financial reporting, revenue cycle, and payroll oversight

Oversee compliance with GAAP, lead monthly client meetings, and contribute to strategic projects

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration

10 years of experience as a Controller or Director of Finance in a SaaS firm

Experience with QuickBooks Online; knowledge of Xero, Intacct, and NetSuite is a plus

Master's degree in Accounting, MBA, or CPA license preferred

Proven experience revamping accounting and finance processes and technologies
