Account Executive

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing a specific region and a customer portfolio. Your main goal will be to grow our customer base in your region. You will become an air freight expert, fostering strong relationships with local forwarders and advising them on how to increase productivity across their organization using cargo.one pro.

A brief overview of what you will do here :
- Responsibility for growth in your region by selling cargo.one pro to local forwarding teams.
- Meet a quota and drive sales through the entire cycle, from the first call to the demo and closing.
- Work with our product and marketing teams to improve both the product and local and global marketing campaigns, enabling rapid expansion.
- Be the voice of the forwarders in your region and work with our product team to ensure our offerings meet their needs.
- Represent cargo.one in your region as an entrepreneurial ambassador.
- Build strong relationships with local forwarders.
- Ensure our offerings are competitive and work with local partners to provide the best customer experience.
We are looking for individuals with :
At least 2 years of experience in a high-performance, fast-paced environment (sales experience is a plus, but not a requirement).Entrepreneurial drive with the ability to make decisions in challenging environments.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to quickly build relationships and trust.Strong analytical skills and a structured mindset.Willingness to embrace uncertainty and show high adaptability.A strong growth mindset and action-oriented approach.Willingness to travel and flexibility regarding the workplace.Learning agility and openness to feedback, while also providing generous feedback in return.Fluent English and native-level German.Desirable :
