About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead complex, large-scale initiatives that drive business outcomes and technology innovation. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at stakeholder communication, and has a strong background in infrastructure, release management, and Agile practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the end-to-end management of mid to large-scale technical projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.
  • Provide technical leadership to cross-functional teams, including project managers, product owners, engineers, and scrum masters.
  • Monitor project costs, ensuring deliverables are achieved within scope, budget, and timelines.
  • Act as a key liaison with stakeholders and executives, delivering clear and consistent updates throughout design, development, testing, and release cycles.
  • Manage release planning and execution, ensuring smooth delivery across environments.
  • Apply Agile and Scaled Agile (SAFe) methodologies to enhance project efficiency and quality.
  • Support mission-critical applications and infrastructure in a 24 / 7 environment, including participation in on-call rotations as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent technical experience.
  • 5-7 years of experience in program or product management, including infrastructure and data center projects.
  • 5-7 years of hands-on release management expertise.
  • Strong knowledge of operating systems, databases, middleware, and network technologies.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Gantt charts, MS Office Suite).
  • Experience with engineering best practices, CI / CD pipelines, and Agile project delivery.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex updates to executive audiences.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities.
