As a Superintendent with Ledcor, you'll oversee daily field operations on large-scale fiber-to-the-home deployment projects. You'll be responsible for developing project plans, monitoring performance, and ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to quality standards. Your ability to anticipate client needs, deliver effective solutions, and mentor your team will be key to your success.

Essential Responsibilities :

Will ensure projects meet approved plans, specifications, and building codes

Leads the development of Project Quality Plans and Safety Programs, and oversees incident investigations

Reviews and updates construction schedules, addresses delays, and contributes to project schedules

Estimates activity durations and materials for complex projects

Working knowledge of reporting and tracking of financial aspects of the project

Participates in subcontractor and supplier selection, procurement and negotiations

Will set priorities and allocate resources as needed for the entire field team

Provides leadership and mentorship to project staff and Superintendents

Qualifications :

Five or more years of relevant experience in a Superintendent or similar leadership position

Post-secondary education in Construction, Engineering, or a related discipline is an asset

Comprehensive knowledge of construction documents, drawings, specifications, and current construction practices

Ability to directly supervise craft employees as well as sub-contractors

Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to anticipate and address issues

Strong organizational and planning skills

Working Conditions :

This is a site-based position that will require travel between various Ledcor offices and project work sites in the state of Arizona
