Lead HVAC Service & Maintenance Technician

If you’re an experienced HVAC Service Technician with aspirations of leading a team, we have opening for a Lead HVAC Technician.

This is a customer-facing, residential service role where you’ll meet the customer in their home, complete the necessary repairs or maintenance, and talk with them about recommended solutions. You will succeed here by providing a world-class experience and caring about the customer's needs. As our team grows, so can your potential, as this role feeds into technician management over time.

An ideal candidate will have 3+ years of residential HVAC service and install experience, be comfortable talking with and selling to homeowners, have a professional image and demeanor, and be able to motivate and support technicians in their roles.
