Overview :
ThompsonMcMullan, P.C. seeks a lateral partner level corporate, business, commercial real estate attorney for its Richmond, Virginia office. Relevant areas include : corporate governance, drafting and negotiating agreements, entity formation, commercial real estate and mergers and acquisitions. Admission to the Virginia State Bar is required. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to manage and close projects efficiently in a team environment, a proactive approach to problem-solving and a genuine interest in learning new areas of the law to better serve client needs.
