Human Resources Director

Job Description :

• We are looking for an experienced, hands-on HR Director.
• This position is located in the corporate office and some travel may be required.
• The ideal candidate should have strong communication (verbal and written), attention to detail, management skills, adaptability, high energy, time management (able to handle high volume in fast paced environment), critical thinking, sound judgement, and be exceptionally organized.

Compensation :

Administer or oversee the administration of HR programs including, but not limited to :

Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in HR, talent management, and employment law; apply this knowledge to communicate changes in policy, practice, and resources to upper management.
