Job descriptionEducation / Experience : Bachelors degree in STEM or Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification. 10 years of IT management experience (5 in Information Assurance) Technical : Familiarity with RMF and DoD Cybersecurity standards preferred Plan and direct execution of all tasks (3.7.13.7.8), ensuring deliverables meet NSWCPD requirements and schedules. Partner with government project managers to capture key activities, schedule milestones, and track risks. Supervise on-site contractor staff, verifying work quality and compliance with SOW objectives. Develop project schedules with resource loading, dependencies, and critical path analysis. Review and approve work products prior to submission to the Government. Prepare progress reports, performance metrics, and monthly status updates (CDRL A001). Communicate with leadership on program status, budget execution, and risk resolution.
