Essential Job Functions
- Answering and directing phone calls appropriately to staff during work hours
- Run computer scale to weigh trucks
- Check grain moisture
- Test weight and foreign material of grain
- Retain samples for grain inspection
- Balance daily cash
- Record payments received on account into computer
- Receive and distribute invoices for authorization
- Match shipping documents with invoices
