Occasional nurse extern working as a tech. Type of equipment : Ventilators EVDs CRRT SLED EV 1000. Documentation system : Meditech Scheduling requirements : Minimum weekend requirement is 4 weekend shifts per schedule. Schedule is done in 4 week increments. Self-scheduling to an extent. Manager will move shifts to balance out schedule. Floating policy : Contract labor is first to float. If the staffing need is in med / surg contract labor is expected to float to med / surg and take the assignment. Patient Experience requirements : Expected to provide attentive and compassionate care to patients / family members.
