EIHC is seeking a full-time Operations Manager dedicated to serving the needs of our community.

SCHEDULE

Monday through Friday 40 hours per week

COMPENSATION

$62,400.00-$99,840.00 annually depending on experience and education

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensures smooth daily operations and steady progress towards established goals.
  • Provides direct supervision, guidance, and support to clinic staff while serving as a role model by demonstrating professionalism, accountability, and EIHCs core values.
  • Works with Director of Operations to maintain and develop policy and protocols that maximize quality patient care and efficient use of clinician resources.
  • Collaborates interdepartmentally to educate all personnel in clinical quality parameters, monitoring quality outcomes, and daily workflows.
  • Provide staff with regular performance feedback and collaborate with Human Resources to support employee engagement, development, and growth.

  • REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Associates or Bachelors Degree in healthcare administration, business or other healthcare related field.
  • 35 years of leadership or management experience in a healthcare environment, with FQHC or community health experience preferred.
