Pay includes $20.00 - $24.00 an hour base wage, DOQ, + $1.00 an hour differential when covering overnight shifts. Requires open availability, including nights, holidays, and weekends. What You'll Do :
Greet every customer with a smile and top-tier serviceLead and develop store staff through hiring, training, coaching, and schedulingMonitor store financials, sales, and cash / inventory handlingOversee product ordering, delivery reconciliation, and inventory levelsDrive sales through effective foodservice and merchandising managementMaintain store cleanliness, organization, and safety complianceEnsure adherence to all regulatory requirements (alcohol, tobacco, lottery, etc.)Participate in leadership meetings and lead effective team huddlesUphold Jacksons standards, policies, and proceduresAdditional responsibilities as assignedWhat We're Looking For :
High School Diploma or GEDOpen availability to support 24 / 7 operations (nights, weekends, holidays)2+ years of management or supervisory experience (retail or foodservice preferred)A proven history of exceptional customer serviceStrong communication and leadership skillsBasic computer and POS system proficiencyValid Driver's License and reliable transportationA hands-on leader who leads by example and thrives in a team environmentPhysical Requirements :
