Job descriptionInspect, clean, and service equipment to keep it running safely and efficiently Assist mechanics with repairs and maintenance on our rental fleet Help order parts, track maintenance, and keep accurate service records Load and unload customer vehicles and delivery trucks Maintain a clean, organized, and safe yard and shop Move and straighten lumber stacks and inventory Drive local delivery routes when needed Valid drivers license Basic mechanical knowledge experience in maintenance or equipment repair a plus Comfortable operating or learning to operate forklifts and yard equipment Physically able to lift and move building materials safely Reliable, detail-oriented, and a team player Be part of a family business with over 150 years of local history Work in a supportive, small-team environment not a corporate chain Opportunities to learn equipment repair and maintenance Competitive pay, employee discounts, and room to grow
