Celtic Property Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance and repair tasks on a multifamily property. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, experience with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service to residents.

Responsibilities :
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, repairing drywall, and painting.
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance issues.
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks on equipment and systems.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and records.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for repairs and maintenance.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Comply with OSHA and EPA regulations.
- Communicate effectively with residents, leasing staff, and property management team.
Requirements :
High school diploma or equivalent required, trade school or technical training preferred.1+ years of experience in property management maintenance or related field.Strong technical skills in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance.Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws, OSHA, and EPA regulations.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
