Occupational Therapist (OT) - Home Health | Per Diem

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled

• Occupational Therapist
• to join our dynamic team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals regain independence and improve their quality of life by addressing physical, cognitive, and emotional challenges.

• Schedule :
• Monday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Friday
• Area Coverage :
• Las Vegas area (travel required to patient homes)
• Salary :
• Starting $80 per visit (based on experience)
• Key Responsibilities :
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop medically approved treatment plans. Provide skilled therapy and ongoing evaluations.
• Instruct clients in self-care and activities to improve independence, physical, and cognitive function.
• Advise and teach clients, families, and staff on treatment procedures and care strategies.
• Design, order, and fit adaptive / assistive devices and splints to enhance patient functionality.
• Monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and maintain accurate records.
• Perform other related duties as assigned that may not be listed here but are essential to supporting patient care and agency operations
• Qualifications :
• Minimum of 6 months of home health experience as an Occupational Therapist
• Must possess a valid Occupational Therapist license in the State of Nevada.
• Current and valid BLS (CPR) and ACLS certifications
• Negative TB test result and flu shot within the past year
• Up-to-date immunization / vaccination records including COVID-19, Hepatitis B, MMR, TDaP, and Varicella
• Valid Drivers License with auto insurance
