Beast Mode Truckin is seeking skilled Class A CDL Drivers to become part of our Western 5 Regional dedicated driving team. This role provides drivers with the chance to work within a specific region while benefiting from steady freight and bi-weekly home time. As a dedicated driver, you will be responsible for operating 53’ reefer trailers, which enables you to have a stable and predictable schedule that supports a healthy work-life balance. Drivers can expect to earn an average of $1500+ each week. Just graduate Truck Driving School? We hire right out of truck driving school!!

Job Details

  • Running lanes are CA, OR, WA, UT, NV
  • Biweekly home time with at least a 34-hour reset
  • 40% drop and hook
  • Dedicated Refrigerated account.
  • Drivers must be willing to drive during the day or during the night.
  • 2800 – 3000 miles per week

Requirements

  • Must be 21 with Valid Class A CDL.
  • Must have attended and graduated from an accredited truck driving school with 120+ hours.
  • Must have fairly clean driving record with no major accidents, major tickets, or suspensions within the past 5 years.
  • Cannot have been terminated from last job.
  • No DUI's Felonies, Misdemeanors in the last 5 years. All criminal records are reviewed by safety.
  • Must have solid 10-year work history with no major gaps of employment outside of school or training. 6 months in the last year and 1 year in the last 3 years max.
  • Must be able to pass a Urine AND HAIR pre-employment drug screen
  • Must live within 75 miles of Lathrop, CA, Salt Lake City, UT. Sumner, WA, Grandview, WA, or Portland, OR.

    • Benefits

  • Average weekly earnings of $1500
  • Pay starts at .60 a mile with gradual pay increases monthly to yearly maxing out at .70 a mile
  • Trainees are paid $650 / week for 4-6 weeks
  • $10 stop pay.
  • Full benefits that kick in after 30 days including medical, dental, 401K and PTO
