What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :
Lead the Direct Customer / Business Management of the Drug Channel
Develop and implement strategic vision and annual business plans for assigned customers
Drive execution of annual plans and deliver key business and financial metrics
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create effective customer selling stories
Build and maintain strong relationships with major accounts to enhance market positioning
What is Required (Qualifications) :
Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience required
Minimum of 8 years of experience in direct sales within the CPG industry
Proven track record of building strategic relationships with national retailers
Strong analytical skills with the ability to utilize syndicated data for storytelling
Must be self-motivated, organized, and possess a valid driver's license
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :
Experience with Direct Store Delivery (DSD) systems
Existing contacts with key buyers and divisional managers
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and analytical tools like Nielsen / IRI
Demonstrated passion for brand building and product commercialization
