Job Summary

Work in the assigned sales territory to meet or exceed sales targets and keep the management fully informed on market conditions, competitive situations, regulatory changes and all activities on a timely basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain territory records and submit reports to the Sales & Marketing Lead on a timely basis.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with assigned accounts and territories.
• Build and maintain productive relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
• Report key competitive activities and customer behavior to improve territory management in timely manner.
• Plan call objectives before and call analysis after each sales call to improve sales call efficiency.
• Present specialized sales calls to customers utilizing professional sales and negotiation skills to ensure the desired goals of calls.
• Execution excellence align to plan and strategy.
• Organize product workshops, training sessions and deliver scientific product knowledge to customers.
• Develop and maintain product and competitive knowledge at all times.
• Ensure all activities comply with AbbVie's policies and compliance guidelines.
• Fully cooperate with other team members (marketing, AMI, sales coordinator, medical affairs team) to improve working efficiency and implement promotional campaign.
• Support overall objectives of the business unit, in addition to individual objectives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in science or medical-related, preferably with higher qualification in marketing, pharmacy or medical related.
