General Dentist – Multiple Locations Nationwide | PPO-Based Practices

We are hiring full-time General Dentists across multiple states for modern, PPO-based practices that offer full clinical autonomy, advanced technology, and a supportive team culture.   • Delaware : Wilmington (19806)
  • New York : Central Square, Solvay, Baldwinsville, Whitestone (Medicaid required), Middle Island (Medicaid preferred), Mattituck (Medicaid required), East Fishkill, Poughkeepsie, Amityville (Medicaid required)
  • Maryland : Middletown, Edgewater
  • New Jersey : Bridgeton, Jackson Township
  • Pennsylvania : Souderton, Springfield / Woodlyn (split FT), Shillington, Philadelphia
  • Connecticut : Cromwell

Responsibilities :

  • Perform a wide range of general dentistry procedures including molar endo, crown & bridge, restorative, cosmetic, dentures, and extractions
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene and treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate documentation and prescribe medications when necessary
  • Lead and collaborate with your dental team to ensure top-tier patient care

    • Compensation & Benefits :

  • Whichever is higher : 33–35% of collections or daily guarantee of $750–$800 (biweekly pay cycle)
  • Average earnings : $200,000–$400,000 / year; high performers earn $400,000–$500,000
