We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Machine Operator to join our fast-paced manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a manufacturing environment, specifically within the food industry, and will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machines to ensure the efficient running of production. This role involves working on a sit-down forklift, handling food packaging, and ensuring all operations are carried out in accordance with our high standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities :

• Operate and maintain machinery in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to all safety procedures and guidelines.
• Set up machines at the beginning of the shift to ensure proper working order and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during operation.
• Monitor and control machines during production, adjusting settings as needed to maintain product quality and efficiency.
• Use sit-down forklift to move materials and finished products within the manufacturing facility.
• Perform regular checks of the machines to ensure optimal performance and detect malfunctions in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, ensuring that all tools and equipment are kept in good working order.
• Adhere to all food safety protocols during the packaging process, ensuring that products are packaged in a clean and sanitary manner.
• Collaborate with other team members to meet production goals and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to keep skills and knowledge up to date.
