All Team Staffing is seeking experienced, customer-focused Bartenders to join our hospitality team! We’re looking for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and take pride in delivering exceptional service. Our clients include stadiums, event centers, hotels, and private venues across the Kansas City area.

Position Details : Position : Bartender

Schedule : Flexible (weekday, weekend, and event shifts available)

Pay Rate : Competitive, based on experience

Start Date : Immediate openings

Responsibilities :

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and professionally

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area

Check identification and adhere to all alcohol service laws and company policies

Handle cash and process transactions accurately

Deliver friendly, high-quality customer service at all times

Requirements :

Minimum 1 year of bartending experience (banquet, event, or restaurant setting preferred)

Must have reliable transportation

Must have all-black uniform (black shirt, black pants, slip-resistant shoes)

Bartending license or alcohol service certification (preferred)

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Professional appearance and positive attitude
