IFM Program Director

The IFM Program Director has overall responsibility to plan, coordinate, and execute on account level facility management focused programs. This role serves as the single point of contact to manage programs that require close coordination with multiple service lines with the goal of streamlining the duplication of information flow for complex programs. This role is a Director level and can effectively interface with C&W and customer leaders to understand desired outcomes and effectively structure and execute on programs to meet those outcomes. The Director, Facility Management Programs leads cross functional teams in support of complex initiatives, including Mergers and Acquisitions, and must be able to effectively motivate others across service lines and without direct reporting relationships.

Actively manage and support the implementation and execution of facility management programs, including the analysis and review of operational and financial materials.

  • Collect, Organize, and Distribute inputs and data from the client in support of effective program management.
  • Maintain and update process for assigned programs and initiatives, continually improving established processes and workstreams.
  • Manage, track and report on status, outcomes, and performance metrics.
  • Leverage deep understanding of facilities management knowledge to develop responsibility matrixes, workplans, and other key deliverables in support of Merger and Acquisitions programs.
  • Leverage working knowledge of Transactions, Construction Project Management, and MAC and Decommissioning to direct workplans to integrate those activities into M&A and other Facility Management Programs.
  • Continually seek and capitalize upon opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.

Qualifications and Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 10+ years of experience working in Facilities Management or Project Management, preferably in a commercial or client-facing function.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with senior leadership.
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proactive, detail-oriented problem-solver with strong organizational abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Highly professional presence with strong relationship building skills, who values an entrepreneurial environment.
  • Strong PC and Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Sharepoint.
  • Understanding of CMMS systems.
  • Proficiency configuring and managing sites on Microsoft SharePoint platform.
