Norwalk Hospital, part of Nuvance Health, proudly joining Northwell Health, has an excellent opportunity for a full-time Gastroenterologist with 4th year Advanced Endoscopy training and / or EUS and ERCP training / experience. This is an excellent opportunity to join a long established teaching program that is growing and expanding general and advanced GI services. Our team includes eight physicians and two advanced practitioners. There is opportunity for a faculty appointment. We perform procedures in a state-of-the-art brand new endoscopy suite. Our Gastroenterology Fellowship is a Yale University School of Medicine level II affiliated, three-year program leading to ABIM certification in Gastroenterology. Norwalk is located one hour outside of New York City in suburban Fairfield County next to Westchester County in New York.

Responsibilities / Opportunity

The ideal candidate will be board certified / eligible in Gastroenterology and 4th year trained in Advanced Endoscopy and / or trained / experienced in EUS and ERCP looking to join a highly collegial team. New or recent graduates are welcome to apply, including 2026 graduates. Position includes a mix of general and advanced cases.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a highly competitive compensation package, including base salary plus incentives and allowances for CMEs and Dues expenses. Ten days of CME is provided. Part-time schedules will be considered.
