In this position, you will work closely with a dedicated care team, helping to ensure our assisted living and memory care residents receive the high-quality care that The Meadows of Wadena is recognized for. The Staff Nurse works closely with our entire management team to accomplish :
- New admissions and discharges.
- Order, prepare, and / or administer medications.
- Transcribe and assist with implementation of physician orders.
- Monitor resident health and respond to change in conditions appropriately.
- Assist with the training and supervision of direct care staff.

$34 - $38 / hour Our Staff Nurse must : Genuinely care about and be committed to the well-being of seniors in our care.Have a solid general nursing background, with geriatric experience preferred, but not required.Have good judgment, leadership, and problem-solving skills, be dependable and able to work with minimal direct supervision once trained.Understand, read, write, and speak English.Be authorized by the State of Minnesota to work, unsupervised, with our residents as determined by a background study.Be a currently licensed RN in the State of Minnesota.Powered by JazzHR
