What we're looking for

Rain is looking for a Solutions Engineer, in this role, you'll work closely with our business, operations, and our engineering team to help prospects deeply understand Rain's capabilities, scope technical fit, and move quickly from interest to deployment.

This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that blends product knowledge, customer empathy, and communication skills. You'll close the gaps between our customers and our technical roadmap, and will shape how we scale solutions engineering as Rain grows.

What You'll Do

• Lead customer implementations from technical discovery from onboarding to production deployment.
• Troubleshoot client technical issues and provide hands-on support for Rain's platform integrations.
• Support customer conversations around API capabilities and guide clients through Rain platform development.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to provide structured customer feedback and influence roadmap decisions.
• Bridge the gap between customer needs and engineering solutions, escalating and advocating for fixes
