Job descriptionDiagnose and repair complex electromechanical systems using tools like multimeters and oscilloscopes. Read and interpret electrical diagrams and schematics accurately. Install and configure advanced electromechanical equipment per technical specifications. Perform routine maintenance and repairs, documenting all actions and findings. Create and update work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Train junior technicians and team members on systems, best practices, and troubleshooting techniques. Test systems for functionality and compliance with industry standards; perform adjustments as needed. Maintain detailed device history records per ISO 13485 requirements. Collaborate with customer-side engineers to resolve issues and provide design-for-manufacturability feedback. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a clean, safe work environment. Associate degree in Electromechanical Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or related field; or equivalent hands-on experience. Minimum 5 years of experience in electromechanical troubleshooting and maintenance. Proficiency in working with PLCs, robotics, control systems, and troubleshooting techniques. Skilled in creating technical documentation, including training materials and SOPs. Familiarity with CAD software and diagnostic tools is a plus. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, especially under pressure. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for training and collaboration. Work Hours : Monday–Friday, 5 : 30 AM – 1 : 30 PM (8-hour shift) Work Environment : On-site in Fremont, CA
