Join our team of competent and compassionate professionals as a Counselor in the Cole's Placeprogram at Behavioral Health Network!

Your experience, knowledge and great skills will support the Cole's Place program with the following :

• Supporting the growth, independence, and safety of the individuals served toward the goal of delivering high quality sound clinical treatment.
• Overseeing services provided to individuals to ensure compliance and to provide the best recovery-based environment possible.
• Documenting individual comprehensive assessments, develop and implement treatment plans.
• Providing guidance and direct counseling to individuals served.
• Facilitating diverse psycho-educational groups for the individuals served.
• Providing referrals to appropriate agencies, as needed.
• Completing documentation regarding individuals' care in a timely fashion & maintaining appropriate verbal and written communication with other staff.
• Providing transportation, crisis intervention, and emergency services, as needed.
• Following licensing, funding, safety, and maintenance concerns at all times.

Who are we?

Cole's Place is a 40-bed residential program located in Springfield, MA, for men in recovery from drug and alcohol addiction. Our program provides up to 6 months of post-ATS treatment and recovery support for men ages 18+ with a primary alcohol or drug addiction disorder. The diverse experienced team at Cole's Place provides a variety of services including individual and group counseling, therapy and psycho-educational groups, individualized treatments plans, and medical and mental health referrals, among others.
