Job descriptionEmployed W2 role or 2 Year Partnership Track Available . Comprehensive Health and Benefits Package Dedicated staff to support licensure, credentialing, benefits, onboarding etc. Base Salary : $700,000 for partners Bonuses : Additional $25-$40K annually Sign On Bonus : $100K PTO : 10 Weeks Partnership Track Retirement Plan : Profit Sharing Program Employee Track Retirement Plan : 401K Breast Radiologist Location : Gastonia, NC just outside of Charlotte. This group covers Radiology services for a 450 bed hospital, 3 Imaging Centers, and 1 Breast Center. Added a second full hospital in 2024. The group is very well established in the area and has long standing hospital contracts to remain independent. 8am - 5pm eastern time schedule. Call : Every 4-6 Weeks. (No Call required if not on Partner Track) Collaboration with other rads during entire shift - never working alone Volume : 75 wRVU's Mixture of Breast Imaging along with General Radiology Board Certified / Board Eligible in Radiology Eligible to acquire a North Carolina state license The physician will need to work collaboratively to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care Background in Breast Radiology / Mammography
