What Youll Be Doing

• Lead estimating and project management for corporate interior and office renovation projects valued between $1M and $10M
• Manage contracts, budgets, procurement, subcontractor negotiations, and change orders
• Oversee the entire project lifecycle from preconstruction through closeout
• Ensure quality, cost, and schedule objectives are consistently achieved
• Partner with clients, architects, and designers to deliver premium interior buildouts
