About the Role

As a Product Manager Cruise Line, you will make an impact by leading the strategy, development, and optimization of cruise line offerings for a major travel and hospitality client. You will be a valued member of the Travel & Hospitality Consulting team and work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders and client teams to deliver innovative, customer-centric cruise experiences.

In This Role, You Will :

  • Own and manage the cruise product portfolio, including itineraries, onboard experiences, and shore excursions.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for innovation.
  • Define product requirements and go-to-market strategies in collaboration with marketing, sales, operations, and finance teams.
  • Monitor product performance and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with maritime regulations and safety standards.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for third-party services.
  • Develop and maintain product documentation, pricing models, and training materials.

Work Model

Based on this role's business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 3 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Miami, FL. What You Must Have To Be Considered

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally within the travel, hospitality, or cruise industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Familiarity with cruise operations and logistics.
  • Experience with digital product development and customer journey mapping.
  • Passion for travel and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Compensation

  • This position is eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
