Saturna Capital is seeking a Sales Team Coordinator to support the Regional Manager Sales Team, providing excellent internal and external customer service to our sales team and our clients. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, professional, and reliable. The individual in this role must excel in a fast-paced environment and be able to take on diverse responsibilities.
Position location : Bellingham, WA
Compensation range : $22.00 – $25.00 per hour (DOE)
Primary duties include :
- Create daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for senior management and board members
- Assist the sales team with coordinating events and sponsorships, ordering marketing materials, and tracking sponsorship payments
- Provide sales support to Regional Managers
- Coordinate presentations at mosques, MSAs, and other places
- Attend events periodically
- Extensive use of CRM, currently Wealthbox
- Manage sales workflow proactively, by tracking and ensuring timely completion of requests
- Additional projects as assigned
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experienceFamiliarity with the Muslim communityExcellent computer skills including fluency with internet search engines, database management, and Excel; Familiarity with Mac and plusAn inquisitive mind with a demonstrated aptitude for analyzing and interpreting dataExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with senior management and board membersExcellent organizational skills and the ability to work productively in a fast-paced and multi-faceted environment under strict deadlinesInterest in financial servicesMust obtain FINRA SIE, Series 7 and 63 Licenses within first 9 months of employmentAbility to be a self-starter and take initiativeOur Employee Benefits package includes :
