Customer Service Associate, Golf Equipment

As a Customer Service Associate, you will assist golfers in completing their golf equipment purchases and trades. Having an upbeat personality, a positive attitude, and professionalism are traits that will ensure success. Understanding the functions of a POS system and knowledge of golf equipment will be required.

Responsibilities:

• Greeting and building rapport with golfers
• Assist guests in finishing their checkout process
• Appraise and buy-in merchandise
• Manage a point-of-sale computer throughout the day
• Answering customer questions in person and over the phone

Preferred Qualifications:

• Customer service experience in the golf industry
• Above average knowledge of golf equipment and technology

Required Qualifications:

• 2 years of customer service
• A love for and experience in the game of golf
• Availability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including weekends and evenings.
