Our client, a prominent international AmLaw 50 law firm , is seeking a talented Associate Attorney to join their ERISA Litigation Practice . This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a highly experienced team handling complex employee benefits litigation, including high-impact matters involving fiduciary duties, pension and retirement plans, and health and welfare benefits. Candidate Profile
- JD from a top-tier law school with an e xcellent academic record
- Active Bar Admission in the applicable jurisdiction , in good standing
- 2–6 years of substantive litigation experience
- ERISA litigation experience is preferred
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple matters concurrently
- Soft skills : Excellent communication, judgment, and interpersonal skills, along with a collaborative mindset and commitment to high-quality client service
Key Responsibilities
Represent clients in ERISA litigation matters, including fiduciary duty , pension , and benefits disputesDraft motions , briefs , memoranda , and other litigation filingsParticipate in discovery , including depositions, document review, and preparation of discovery responsesConduct legal research on ERISA, employee benefits, and related statutory frameworksAssist with case strategy , risk assessment , and litigation planning in collaboration with senior attorneysSupport clients across a range of industries on complex benefits-related litigation mattersWhy Join Us?

Compensation & Benefits
