Plant Engineering Manager

Overview

Keter North America is seeking an experienced Plant Engineering Manager to oversee our engineering operations and ensure the efficient and safe functioning of our manufacturing facilities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in engineering management and a deep understanding of plant operations, driving innovation and continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the engineering team to optimize plant performance and drive operational excellence.
• Develop and implement engineering strategies to enhance production efficiency and reduce costs.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support product development and manufacturing processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards while promoting a culture of safety within the plant.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement projects utilizing Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Manage capital projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with budget and timelines.
• Conduct regular assessments of plant equipment and systems to ensure reliability and performance.
