About the Role
As the Director Collaboration & Messaging, you will lead the global strategy, product ownership, and operational delivery of PVH's collaboration and messaging ecosystem. This includes Microsoft 365, Exchange (Online & on-prem), SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and key third-party productivity solutions. In this strategic leadership role, you will collaborate with Global Enterprise Architecture, IT Security, and Business stakeholders to define and execute a forward-looking strategy that enables modern digital collaboration, accelerates AI readiness (including M365 Copilot), and drives PVH's workplace transformation goals. You will lead a distributed team across the US, Netherlands, and India, fostering an agile, inclusive, and delivery-oriented culture.

What You'll Bring
10+ years of experience in enterprise IT, with 7+ years in collaboration & messaging technologies, including strategic leadership roles. Proven experience delivering and scaling Microsoft 365 ecosystems (Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Platform) in a global, enterprise setting. Strong understanding of AI enablement, Copilot readiness, data governance, and organizational change strategies. Demonstrated success in modern workplace transformation initiatives including hybrid work enablement, digital collaboration, and user experience improvement. Experience collaborating with Enterprise Architecture and cross-functional business stakeholders to align technology roadmaps to strategic goals. Deep knowledge of cloud-first collaboration, identity and access management, and secure-by-design principles. Proficiency in agile leadership practices, OKR setting, and product management at scale. Excellent vendor, budget, and program management skills. Exceptional interpersonal, stakeholder engagement, and executive communication skills.
