Job Summary
Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Legal Secretary for a contract role. This role is % on-site in our client's Tampa office.
The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of legal experience. Duties may include, but not be limited to, performing administrative, clerical, and general office tasks, arranging business travel, and preparing minutes, agendas, presentations, and reports. The successful candidate will also be responsible for receiving incoming calls, mail and e-mails and directing them to the appropriate party. Knowledge of Microsoft products, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel is required.
