Title Specialist I (Private Seller Exchange)

Titling Specialist I performs administrative and transactional services in support of various vehicle operations functions, including those associated with auctions, operations, logistics, inspections, dealer services. In this role, you may work with vehicle titles, registration and / or other documents and records. You will ensure all documents and records are prepared, verified and filed according to company and regulatory requirements. You will ensure all administrative services are performed in accordance with business, process and customer expectations.

Job Responsibilities :

• Gains familiarity with standard vehicle operations support practices within a function or specialty area.
• Learn and adhere to all company and regulatory standards and policies.
• Assist with special projects as assigned.

USD 19.38 - 29.09 per hour

Compensation :

Hourly base pay rate is $19.38 - $29.09 / hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and / or an incentive program.

Benefits :

Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
