The Policy Senior Associate will support the VP of Policy External Affairs & Partnerships (EA&P) in advancing FanDuels external advocacy strategy. This role will play a critical part in shaping FanDuels policy engagement strengthening relationships with key stakeholders and amplifying the companys responsible gaming and community impact initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and highly organized with a demonstrated ability to manage projects synthesize policy information and support high-level external engagement.

In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs.

Advocacy & External Engagement

• Support the VP in executing FanDuels advocacy and external engagement strategy.
• Research and track legislative and regulatory developments relevant to FanDuels business and responsible gaming priorities.
• Prepare briefing materials policy summaries and talking points for meetings with policymakers industry partners and community stakeholders.
• Assist in coordinating FanDuels participation in public events policy forums and community engagement opportunities.
• Maintain databases of legislative contacts advocacy activities and engagement outcomes.

The applicable salary range for this position is $86000 - $108000 USD which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience location business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits : medical vision and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation including but not limited to cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
