We are seeking a skilled and compassionate a PRN Advanced Practitioner, C-NP or PA-C, to deliver high-quality primary and episodic care, including performing physical exams, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and managing urgent and non-urgent cases. Responsibilities include collaborating with physicians, documenting in the EMR, coordinating patient transfers and admissions, providing after-hours and outreach coverage, and responding to emergencies. The ideal candidate is a team player who stays current with medical standards and thrives in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.

This position is located at SFSH's URGENT CARE CLINIC, 7600 S Minnesota Avenue Sioux Falls, SD. [85th St. and Minnesota]

PRN staff may be offered shifts on weekends and holidays, typically 8 : 00am - 5 : 00pm.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
• Licensed in the State of South Dakota or eligible for licensure upon hire
• BLS and ACLS certifications preferred (can be obtained upon hire)
• 2+ years of recent experience in urgent care, emergency, or family practice preferred
