Audit & Accounting Manager – CPA | Hybrid | Track to Partnership

Our client , a well-established public accounting firm with over 40 years in business, is seeking an experienced Audit & Accounting Manager to join their team — with a clear path to partnership.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, perform, and review audits and accounting engagements for nonprofit and private clients.

Oversee staff on engagements; provide training, guidance, and feedback.

Ensure compliance with professional standards and firm policies.

Maintain strong client relationships; serve as a trusted advisor.

Participate in business development and firm initiatives as part of the partnership track.

Qualifications

Active CPA license (required).

5+ years public accounting & auditing experience.

Demonstrated internal auditing experience.

Strong communication, leadership, and client-service skills.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range : $90,000 – $110,000+ (flexible for the right candidate).

Hybrid / flexible work schedule after onboarding.
