The Opportunity
The Director, Employee Accommodation Support Center provides strategic leadership for a newly established center dedicated to advancing workplace accessibility, inclusion, and belonging. You will oversee the university's reasonable accommodation processes and lead the development of people-centered strategies that enhance the employee experience ensuring full compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act (PWFA), and all applicable state and federal regulations. You will report to the Assistant Vice President of Health and Wellness Benefits.
Serving as the People Team's subject matter expert on ADA and workplace accommodations, the Director shapes policy, provides expert consultation, and builds organizational capability through education, resources, and proactive support. This role leads a small team and is instrumental in championing a culture that puts people first by removing barriers, fostering equity, and creating an environment where all employees can fully contribute and thrive. This role is remote.

Compensation
The annual pay range for this position is $77,794.00 - $124,491.00. Actual offer will be based on skills, qualifications, experience and internal equity, in addition to relevant business considerations. We expect this position to be hired in the following target hiring range $85,961.00 - $116,299.00.
