Key Responsibilities Audit Planning & Strategy : Assist in setting objectives, scope, timelines, and deliverables for each audit project, ensuring alignment with audit standards and client goals. Risk-Based Audit Execution : Collaborate with audit team members to develop and execute risk-based audit plans that enhance internal processes. Data Analysis & Issue Identification : Analyze audit evidence to identify control gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities. Audit Documentation : Prepare high-quality workpapers in accordance with professional standards and internal guidelines. Reporting : Draft comprehensive audit reports that present key findings and recommendations in a clear and actionable manner. Internal Controls Evaluation : Design and assess controls across various business functions, recommending enhancements as needed. Client Engagement : Build strong working relationships with client stakeholders to support audit objectives and communicate results effectively. Team Collaboration : Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing insights, assisting colleagues, and supporting team goals. Continuous Learning : Stay current on industry trends and participate in relevant training and professional organizations. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from an accredited institution Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment U.S. Citizenship required, with the ability to obtain a Security Clearance Why Join Us?
